Introduction to NDIS Employment Support
At 7Days Care WA, we believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to find meaningful work and thrive in their chosen career. Through NDIS Employment Support, we empower people with disabilities to gain the skills, confidence, and workplace experience they need to achieve their employment goals. Whether you’re starting your first job, transitioning from school, or looking for ongoing workplace assistance, we are here to guide you every step of the way.
Finding and Keeping a Job (FAKAJ)
Finding and Keeping a Job (FAKAJ) is a tailored NDIS support that helps participants prepare for employment, secure a job, and maintain it successfully. We provide one-on-one assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, skill-building, and workplace training. Once you are employed, our team continues to support you with on-the-job guidance, workplace adjustments, and strategies to help you thrive in your role.
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)
Transitioning from school into the workforce can be challenging, but SLES is here to make it smoother. At 7Days Care WA, we provide School Leaver Employment Supports that focus on building job-readiness for young people with disabilities. This includes work experience placements, training in communication and teamwork, time management, and confidence-building activities. Our goal is to help school leavers move into meaningful employment pathways and long-term career success.
